Triple talaq bill

A step which can be seen as a major move towards women empowerment, the cabinet today approved an ordinance that seeks to make Triple talaq or instant divorce an offense.

What does the Triple Talaq bill entail:
The bill makes the pronouncement of talaq-e-biddat "void and illegal." According to clause 3 of the Bill, "Any pronouncement of talaq by a person upon his wife, by words, either spoken or written or in electronic form or in any other manner whatsoever, shall be void and illegal."
This bill, which makes instant triple talaq or talaq-e-biddat a punishable offence, follows the Supreme Court judgment on August 22, 2017 in the case of Shayara Bano vs. Union of India.

The core component of the ordinance is that the offence will be cognizable only when the FIR is filed by the victim wife or her close relations by blood or marriage.

What people Believe and what I saw on a personal travel trip :-
The followers of The accused Saint in question want to meet him which means in his Dera they don't get the time to meet him.
The followers are allowed to enter for the support of the accused while they know the charges have been framed and the party has been sold and made to sit silent.
The trust in the centre and the state or the judicisry shall come to an end tomorrow no matter what happens.
The resignation of such A Chief Minister of the state is primarily important as much is the execution of such accused important before any judgement in their places.

While I was on a driver from the city in question to a city in Punjab for some personal work it was clearly seen that the buses filled with followers were being allowed to enter Nd even after section 144 they were allowed to settle into groups in numbers as big as 1 lac.
The state was aware but the administration and political class preferred to sleep on the entire issue to let the pressure be built on the people as well as the judicisry. It is true that no action was either taken nor was instructed because the Government sold the states justice and decipline to the accused. The judgement if made against the accused the state will burn to hell if in favor justice will burn to hell forever and with this the name of Rss and BJP shall be buried under the mud for years to come because after the previous 2 incidents so being of Rampal and Jatt agitation it has been clear that nor the state Government nor the centre is in any mood to deliver justice to its people...

To all Citizens with supreme integrity on behalf of many civilian stuck I would just like to say a few things :-
1) BJP Government is the biggest failure ij Haryana and resignation of the entire cabinet should be demanded before panchkula sees either of the execution.
2) any riot or war happens not because the system is weak but because the people in charge are weak enuf to act for the justice of their own state and people
3) the minister in charge must take full responsibity towards the people that voted them to power and not the powerful saint to kill the procedure of justice
4) The Failure of the centre and opposition has made the situation come to what it is and hence none of the politicians have any right to comment on life's of a common man
5) our Prime minister has miserably failed because of his useless cabinet and resignation shall be demanded from him as well for letting a state burn 3 times in his own party's tenure .

A small step adds to a big change

In the year 2011 while roaming around listening to people talk about issues and restricting their voices till a cup of tea and their views and opinions till only what they heard, there was a realisation that this needs to be changed....
    A lot of issues were discussed, many ways were thought for spreading awareness, many talks happened and then it gave form to a small Facebook group with an idea to bring a reform in the people around with this small initiative and there we headed towards the first step of change.
     Time flew and awareness saw its physical presence and shape felt amoungst us all. Slowly with this small target there was now a bigger idea to increase the base out of college to the entire world and with the idea the contributions and support for managing the content had by now also increased . This led to the Forming of a Facebook Page with the name " India RISE ".
   The name was itself a revolution of its own and the supportive audience was an inspiration to start fresh again and this time with a bigger platform and an open audience. We heard the roars, we were calmed with the support, we heard the threats of fixed minded but we were dedicated to share the truth with the rest and this love and harmony made us grow.
    The page was eventually made to be promoted via unprofitable ways increasing the support of Indians and the love of politics to take a pace.
Gradually the opinion and suggestions for debates going live, talks going exclusive also rose which helped us also pop in to creating events and including mass audience and supporting bigger causes with just a motive, I.e ' change '.
     We worked on screen to roads and it was this love and support which made us still work anyhow to keep the mission alive and get our readers think their approach of life, what we once saw in our college we were now able to see that similar passion in people associated everytime we got any chance to interact. The change was duly felt and seem giving us much more reasons to keep working.  Articles were so immensely popular that the stories had started to divert towards another platform as well known an AFA for whom we had started to write In all the time we spared. With this many collaborations and steps were taken to improve upon each and everytime so that our audience can read what is important and not just any news of no good importance.
  Even today when I think about the start till these many years and a continuous plathor of change, rebel, controversial talks etc it surprises me that our journey on the page has made its target to bring a change live for 6 years with the support of each and everyone and I'm grateful for your constant support and gratitude shown towards the cause and the trust empowered upon us for giving us the opportunity to keep working no matter how.

  A Brother like Friend...

6 years ago I started my life all fresh and new...
A school where I knew people a few...
The days bit me each day with nothing to do...
And then arrived a stranger which was you...

Life was hard to.comprehend and live with the past...
World was then to ahead and people were just to fast...
My new world then began, girls were new for me and old friends stood last...

I remember that I then had only a friend...
With You life just gave me the perfect Blend...
But by then there was a lot I never penned...

I didn't know the art of expression...
Since what happened after 10th put me into Depression...
Our relation which was always a question...
Had taken a new start again and was freshen...

Things were good till it was class eleventh...
Then you left the school and I was on cloud seventh...

For even my mistakes you apologised...
I was just to immature and my life was still codified...
Then it took me a long time when I had realised...
It was actually me who hadn't ever qualified...

Then started college and words remained in the heart...
Several calls were made but that bond had gone apart...
I was then again embarrassed and couldn't properly take even a new start...

The truth is I was wrong and you were right ...
With u besides I never felt the dark sight...
U always helped me by sharing ur light so bright...
But I was blinded with Ego and anger for a stupid marks fight...

Misunderstandings grew...
time just flew...
It's a long gap today, but brother JD I now genuinely miss you...

Probably this was what life wanted...
I was to learn without you so that I know how's life when haunted...

The gap made me actually realise...
How a big fool was I and how u were only so Wise...
You respected relations and never let tears down anyone's eyes...

By then with mind I was atleast an Adult...
But then nothing of this mattered because I lost a brother like friend was the ultimate result...

A friend more than a brother which was to stay for a Lifetime...
I lost my last timeline...

By the time I learned the art to master it all...
I had taken a deep fall...
Life since then enclosed me within a wall...

False Allegations

It us hard to see someone progress in the right manner through the right process today which is why sevral of us have choosen then quickest way to deal with building image that is by getting into the most Prettiest activity of putting False Accusions on other.
  The society wasn't just over with beauty of Humanity,  but it was thanks to these few selfish and greedy people that helped change the society drastically with their increasing activities of being notorious for various reasons may it be Fame, Work,  Money, Revenge, Ego.. Etc.
  From the beginning of a political party to the waking up of an injured person on road all what we see is nothing but existence of False Accusations being levied on people to harness their Image. It has been wisely said by a learned person that,  " False Accusions may let you grow only once but every person has their time to take their respect back ".
    It has become such an indispensable part of our society  today that some of our so called upcoming politicians have choosen this way to not just grow into a new Party but to also build a better image in order to let down the workings of the government without realising that the fault will never lie of the party but the common man who is bound to pay such corrupt his money via taxes and bribes asked in every stage to keep going his image and avoiding false Accusions.
   But why only politicians today even the poor wishes to curb the Wealthy by hitting over their wealth in a big way in order to grab their money back in 3 folds or threaten him. In sevral court judgements it has been vitnesssed that this organised form of crime has now reached a stage where when a genuine person tries to help a person injured on road no matter of whose fault it may be they accuse them back for in the want to grab more wealth from them.
  The worst stage is when we today see this disease enter the roots of professional life where Accusions are made on the Image of a person to which no value and amount can be enuff to compensate his years if effort to rebuild tyat stature and level of respect back after one such False allegation. Which is why we must be very careful of what and to whom we say all of these things. For they can hurt sentiments of people who are genuine and have been working for their image for such people are good untill u don't harness their image which is the only thing they have earned since the passage of time.
   The disease went so viral that it not just crossed all social boundaries but also entered the personal houses making marriage a joke today and trust and faith some lesson of an old book which is unread since years. The increasing number of cases of false accusations in marriages relating to the character of a person, his parents, his relitives, demand for dowry etc have all been mocked so bad.
   Growth is truly important but not at the cost of the other persons reputation or emotional falsification. People will help you grow only if you are able to understand the basic principle of life that what you do will come back to you. It is a circle of life that moves round and so when you do a wrong you must be prepared for the outcome.
  It is sad today in this fast growing world
That we have choosen to move from 2G to 4G, two wheelers to 4 wheelers,  single storied markets to generator working malls, simple constructions to millionaire designs but from being rich at heart to being negativly poor with feelings and emotions today   ....

" Always have the courage to step into someone else's shoes and feel the pain a genuine person is made to go through because of just one greed / ego of urs ".  

" words and bullets of a gun can be shot once and never returned ever again after hitting the person so aimed so be careful "

Hope after this thought we can sit to introspective and for once are able to confess all wrongs so done in life for a better tomorrow... 💭

Importance of Teachers in Society

Each profession occupies a specific niche in society — doctors heal, engineers design and bankers handle our money,  lawyers help us provide justice, armed forces help us maintain security and safety BUT Teachers stands out as a subsumptive entity. At a preliminary stage, teachers instill the transcendent faculties of communication, decision making and awareness of social responsibilities. They are the only ones that help us in maintaing the perfect balance in life in order for us to be able to become what we dream. FOR EVERY ENGIENER, POLICE OFFICER, LAWYER, JUDGER, ARMY COMMANDER, PRIME MINSTER, CHIEF MINISTER, CEO ETC there is one common entity being a Teacher who helps and motivates us to libe our dream.
    Later in life, no matter which field we may opt to choose to pursue but then again we turn ourselves into being a teacher for someone else no matter if the student is arjuna or iklavya.
I often wonder about teachers who educated famous people such as Einstien and Abraham Lincoln. Were these teachers specially qualified to inspire their students to achieve fame and success? Or were these teachers just plain lucky to have talented students? Do some teachers have rare qualities of turning them into gold ?
The answer may not be easy to find. A great person once said, "Teaching is a profession that teaches all other professions."

A strong information base and well developed capabilities of comprehension and analysis are critical for progress. These crucial responsibilities of inculcating knowledge, kindling inspiration and encouraging creative thought are all vested in the teacher.

From ancient times, teachers have been playing an important role in our society. Behind every successful engineer or doctor there is a teacher.

Keeping in mind the increasing trend of both parents working long hours, the teacher is also expected to build a strong moral character and provide emotional support. Thus, the teacher has to build a rapport with the student and be simultaneously approachable and authoritative. His/her role encompasses that of an instructor, friend, role model and confidant. 
A person who teaches us moral values, a person who encourages us is a teacher. In Indian culture, we praise teachers more than Gods. Alexander the Great once said, "I am indebted to my father for living, but to my teacher for living well."
For we havent seen God but our teachers are the ones that help us in the path of life by being our friend, family. Guiding path throughout our journey of life or in simple words a subsidiary to the Lords angels sent to bless and inspire Growth.

Its always either EGO or Respect ... !!!!!

Ego a 3 letter word with a dictionary meaning " your conscious mind, the part of your identity that you consider as your self. " Respect a 7 letter word meaning nothing at all beyond the literal meaning " a way of treating or thinking about something or someone in a positive and polite manner "

In life it is very important for us to understand the basic concept as to what actually is respect and where does ego stand in to understand completely that why is it practical to have only either of both the feelings in life.

For example when you are accompanied by a group of friends you are bound to make fun , talk openly and enjoy the moment for this is the real work of friendship that you can ease upto them on anything and everything. This is also why a very famous line came into being asking this logical that you can not change the people around you but are sensible enuff to change those whom you choose to be around with. Remember in life you may respect several but just because of that one wrong step of your where you are unable to discriminate between what is your ego and where is your respect you tend to loose a lot of people. To explain it further here is a situation where you are accompanied by your friends including the ones of the opposite sex and meet casually in a place where since the first minute talks are loud and jokes are on with high respect but to just lighten the mood and frustration that we all face in each days work life could be because of various reasons but then this is why you choose to be surrounded by friends. 

In such situations when you tend to defend your statements as correct but the comments by others as disrespecting and offencive with huge literature words you logically are over looking facts for ur suffering from an incurable disease known an EGO that has dominated your mind which is bound to come at purely immature stages. In life it is a very immature stage to be touchy on small conversations like a baby with a bib when the reality is that you yourself choose to be a party to such company voluntarily. Practical aspect of life says that to enjoy life you must be above this disease and enjoy the moment with the types of people who have chosen to be surrounded with for the moment and in the moment without ill words being said. It is very true that words and bullets once shot can never be never returned so be careful in situations but also learn to enjoy the moment with it as the persons that suffer this incurable disease might commit a bunder which is then irreparable for life. Life and Trust are so thickly joined in life that once life gives you an opportunity to utilise and enjoy it and you curse the moment then you tend to never be able to rectify it ever in life just as the case of a broken mirror .

What we talk must be planned and well thought of considering everyone else , etc are things too much to work on for that brain that is already drenched and which is why it chooses its company and its surroundings , also a major reasons why people have their groups for them to be happy.

There lies another clan of people that are bound by not their own respect but the words of what other people say to them  which they term seldomly as self respect and boast proudly of their misconception and rather no respect level in society to fake out an identity which in real senses doesn't seem to exist. Such people suffering from the incurable disease need to learn to differentiate a lot of basic concepts for they are not just mixing 2 concepts but also confusing other basic things in life and making things even more complicated for which their base becomes a start with a lie and decorated talks there after as a cover to hide their disease.

Similar to this is the concept of ego and attitude

Attitude is a settled way of thinking or feeling about something or also uncooperative behavior,  for example meeting a group of ppl and one of them acts snooty in that group is his attitude when that behaviour is made to lead a misunderstanding keeping it as basis it turns into ego and here respect only lies a chance to being able to have the power to listen to all of this for because of someone else's association with you is Respect.

In life when you work genuinely for people but hide it you do it for respect but the minute you choose to do it for the sake of respect you start to mistake a good gesture with the Ego clash inside you that makes you ill. 

Therefore we can also say that with Ego comes anger which is the worst form of feeling untill and unless you seek to loose all your respect in that minute and forgo several relations and emotions for a is conception or a disease as we may see it purely as.

Since years we as Indians hear about our historical Stories but we fail to understand the basic gist in this education system as to what made this all happen, why a brother fought a brother, families spilt, a saint became the cause of a fight against his guru whom he loved, Goddess Vashnoo devi was made to run so far and hide in caves but even then for a basic respect of the devotion the temple of Bharav nath has been made above and the trip stands incomplete without it, shree krishna was made to teach arjun to use his weapon, Lord Shiva was made to let the Ganga flow and various other stories about our nation which all indicate towards the difference of not being able to demarcate a simple line of action between facts.

In terms of Indian History :-
The leading creation of the mahabharta was nothing but just simply a demarcation of respect being exaggerated to the level until it became the ego now of someone else which unintentionally not took just one but several lives of both the party and the innocent... 

Several families where divorces or partisans are seen as a part of family disruptencies is also nothing much more than the respect being offered confused with ego. In the case of The fall of the kingfisher empire it was the respect of mallya that made him earn goodwill and his ego that made his own ppl against him today. The politicians that were bribed from the scratch respected him for his word also let him travel abroad so easily but when to bring a change one talks about bringing him back but refusal of his new government who is made to be paid a handsome amount for his safety ignores it all is the Ego.

The war on Kashmir has been limited to talks for we Indians since years respect Humanity and know the importance of life which is why we tend to stay calm on various issues like Passage of GST, increase of basic rates and taxis, ant graft bill, lokpal, Kashmir being an independent territory of India on which china and Pakistan have claimed their land, tibit being a part of the Indian territory been given to China as a gift to avoid Ego which can lead to loss of several more lives, but the constant terror, slogans of anti nationalism, corrupt governance, intrusions after warnings etc are rewards of one action which is Ego of these countries and it is this ego which since the last 70 years has never let peace prevail In the valley for an issue which is not more than a 4 hour war for us is stopped for respect to humanity or else the killing of one more terrorist could be a part of our ego hence cleaning the rest of the clan of insurgents and politicians leading to it within 4-6 hours of intelligence and armies combined effort.

THIS is where we all need to understand rather than just criticise,  we need to be clear in our lives as to why and till when is it respect and where is it ego to avoid a condition and name that is as good as not existing.

EGO since years has ruined the condition of Indians, Pakistanis, businesses, families etc for they confused the respect to let it contravene with their EGO or attitude turned EGO in an incooperative way.

Not only we as Indians but the world in its war on crude oil which led to nuclear war on heroshima and nagasaki,  first world war and secound world war, constant war of Shia and suni sect, fight of words in politics may it be US polls between democratic and Republic party or Indian polls between our parties all suffer from this leading problem of not being able to differentiate between these terms.

The fall of several empires, the division of several homes since history the world is a proof to the fact that nothing could have ever witnessed the fall of people and lives for because of Ego and Respect being a basis everywhere couldn't have had been made to be demarcated.

In terms of international context :-
The war between us and Iraq was led for the ego of us that prevailed, the war on China Sea is nothing but the ego of China which dominates because of which it tried to take on several territory's but the avoidance of another world war today stands because of just one universal factor that is some respect for humanity and existence of physical presence of people.

Killing of Lord Jesus and cursing the entire jew clan was ego but sacrificing of his life for humanity and friendship was respect for feelings , emotions and values.

Intrusion of China in India regularly is ego but staying silent is the respect that China needs to understand the fact that once we give respect but its only untill u dont show ur Ego in excess in this stage.

Hence, similarly in day-to-day business as well as big matters while analysing the power of a person or nation we determine one aspect making it a respect issue but forget to see the minute details which all indicate towards one lesson that,  any person or nation that knows how to conquer their ego inspite of several bads will be respected for its value for years to come because ego might have ruined the respect of years in seconds.

It is important for us to learn life as it is from what it is around us and think if we as humans are commuting the same blunders by because of ego we are being unable to demarcate the line of respect verses ego.

Its time you thought about humanity now...So I leave thjs question onto you to choose either your Ego or Respect.
